We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest services. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all departments operate efficiently and effectively, maintaining high standards of hospitality and service. Your role will involve supervising staff, managing guest relations, and implementing policies that enhance the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily hotel operations to ensure a seamless guest experience. Lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment. Oversee all aspects of guest services, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Manage human resources functions including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency. Address guest complaints and feedback promptly to maintain service quality. Monitor financial performance and assist in budget preparation. Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth operations across all areas of the hotel. Promote a culture of hospitality among staff members, encouraging teamwork and communication.

Experience

Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong supervisory skills with a track record of effective leadership. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele. Excellent knowledge of hospitality management practices and guest services. Familiarity with human resources processes and employee management. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff alike.
