Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Reception supervisor / reception manager/ Genral manger/operational manger to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our hotel,
Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Perform clerical duties, including photocopying, filing, and data entry
- Manage office supplies and maintain an organised reception area
- Schedule appointments and assist with meeting room bookings
Check in and check out process.

- Have an experience dealing with OTA / sales of bookings/ revenue
- experience dealing with hotel compliance and staff training , leadership
- prefer to have knowledge of F&B and Event bookings / organising etc
- Handle incoming and outgoing post efficiently
- Utilise computerised systems for tasks such as email correspondence and document management
Skills
- Proficient in using Google Suite for office tasks
- Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic financial tasks
- Previous experience in an administrative or office role is advantageous
