at our Regent Hotel in Weymouth, you'll oversee daily hotel operations and lead a team across reception, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance. Your goal is to ensure smooth operations and deliver excellent guest experiences aligned with Daish's values: clean accommodation, good food, great entertainment, and friendly service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all hotel departments to ensure efficient, high-quality service.
Recruit, train, and motivate staff; conduct performance reviews.
Oversee budgeting, control costs, and monitor financial results.
Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints to maintain satisfaction.
Support marketing efforts to boost occupancy and promote the hotel.
Ensure compliance with health & safety and licensing regulations.
Maintain hotel facilities, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Build positive relationships with guests, staff, and suppliers.
What You'll Need
Experience in hotel or leisure management.
