Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Hotel Marketing Manager who has strong ties with Coach Companies to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities

Promote the Hotel with Coach Companies and different travel portals to maximise room revenue on weekends as well as weekdays. Manage all aspects of hotel operations including guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance Develop and implement strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control measures Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly

Requirements

Proficiency in Facebook & Instagram Ads and Google Ads for marketing purposes Excellent command of English for effective communication with guests and staff Ability to analyse data to make informed decisions Familiarity with SEO and email marketing strategies Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire the team Project management experience to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 13.00-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
