The Role

As

Night Manager

, you'll be the face of the hotel during the night shift, ensuring guests enjoy a safe, comfortable, and welcoming stay. You'll take ownership of overnight operations, from check-ins and guest enquiries to security checks and end-of-day reporting.

Key responsibilities:

Supervise and support the night team, ensuring all duties are completed efficiently. Manage late arrivals, early departures, and guest requests professionally. Complete nightly audits and financial reporting. Oversee hotel security and ensure health & safety procedures are followed. Handle any issues or emergencies calmly and effectively. Prepare the hotel for the following day's operations.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

Previous experience in hotel front office or night management (preferred). Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Confidence in using hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar). A calm, professional approach under pressure.
