Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the lobby, entrance areas, and other public spaces. Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance the guest experience. Monitor the condition of the property and report any maintenance or safety issues to management. Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring every guest feels valued and welcomed. Carry out security and fire warden checks Set our of conference rooms and weddings

Skills

Strong background in guest services, showcasing a commitment to excellent customer care. Proficient phone etiquette skills to handle inquiries professionally and courteously A solid understanding of hospitality principles and practices within a hotel environment is preferred.
