Hotel Night Porter
Job Description
A Night Porter is required for Heritage Park hotel which is a lovely 43-bedroom hotel situated within the Rhondda Valley, Pontypridd. The hotel boasts 90 seated Restaurant, function suites to cater for weddings, parties, Special Events to a capacity of 200 people
We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking individual with a mature attitude to work independently as part of the overall hotel team.
The role will require excellent standards of personnel presentation, the ability to keep calm under pressure and well organised approach to the workload.
The ideal candidate will be computer literate and be good with people, which will involve dealing with customers requests, giving outstanding customer service.
You will possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and have a mature attitude to work and ability to use your initiative to exceed customers' expectations.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: 12.21-12.60 per hour
