Greet guests warmly and assist with check-ins and check-outs. Manage reservations, room assignments, and handle guest inquiries. Ensure the safety and security of the building during night time hours. Perform regular walks and safety checks throughout the hotel. Handle overnight administrative tasks and prepare reports for the morning team. Respond promptly to guest complaints or emergencies with professionalism.
Requirements:
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Basic computer skills and experience with booking systems . Calm and professional demeanour, especially in emergency situations. Right to work in United Kingdom.
