Overview
We are currently seeking a reliable and professional
Night Receptionist
to join our team on a
1-month contract
, covering
three/four night shifts per week from 10?PM to 9?AM
. There is the
potential for additional hours after the initial period
. The ideal candidate will serve as the main point of contact during overnight hours, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment for our guests. This position is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for hospitality--even during the quiet hours.
Responsibilities
Greet late-arriving guests with a warm and professional attitude.
Manage overnight check-ins and early morning check-outs efficiently.
Monitor guest needs throughout the night and provide assistance as required.
Handle guest inquiries and offer information about hotel services and local attractions.
Process reservations and maintain accurate guest records.
Respond promptly and professionally to any issues or complaints.
Ensure the reception area is kept tidy and secure during the night.
Perform light administrative tasks, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
Collaborate with morning staff for smooth handovers and continuity of service.
Skills & Requirements
Previous experience in guest services, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle inquiries calmly and efficiently.
Ability to remain alert and proactive during night shifts.
Familiarity with reservation and front desk systems.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.
