We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Night Receptionist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanour. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded. Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities. Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Assist with reservations, modifications, and cancellations as needed. Maintain the reception area in an organised and tidy manner. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Address any guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively, striving for resolution.

Experience

Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for effective communication with diverse guests. Proficient in using computer systems for reservations and guest management. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21 per hour
