To assist the General Manager in ensuring the smooth running of all hotel operations, including front desk and food & beverage services. To address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction. To monitor financial performance across the operational departments and implement measures to maximise profitability. To implement strategies to promote hotel services and enhance brand visibility. Maintaining high standards of service across all departments, providing training and development where needed.

Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to the manager Complete safety training and certifications Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information Communicate with others using clear and professional language Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others Support the team to reach common goals Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
