As Reception Manager, you'll be the operational heartbeat of our guest experience - setting standards, supporting the reception team, and ensuring our guests enjoy 5-star service from first contact to checkout and beyond.

What You'll Be Doing:
Leading and supporting a team of Receptionists across day, evening, and weekend shifts
Training new team members and ensuring consistent high standards
Overseeing bookings for the hotel, restaurant, spa, and entertainment venues
Handling escalated guest queries and resolving issues with professionalism
Monitoring and managing room allocations and occupancy via our PMS
Working closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams for smooth operations
Driving upsells on hotel amenities and spa/restaurant bookings
Preparing shift handovers, daily reports, rotas, and performance updates
Supporting departmental projects, audits, and service improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For:

A great communicator who motivates teams and connects with guests
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities under pressure
IT literacy, ideally with previous experience using a PMS (training available)
A natural problem-solver who can think on their feet
Willingness to help out across departments if needed
A positive, can-do attitude and a desire to grow with the business
Supervisory or management experience in hospitality or reception is highly desirable
