Duties
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a courteous manner.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the reception area's organisation.
Provide information about services, facilities, and events to guests.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services.
Handle any guest complaints or issues with professionalism and care.
Skills
Previous experience of a minimum of 2 years in a hotel or similar setting is required.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on hospitality and guest services.
Experience in human resources or supervising staff.
Leadership qualities that foster a positive team environment.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
