Summary



We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Receptionist to join our team at Holiday Inn. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and providing exceptional service throughout their stay. Your contributions will help us maintain our reputation for outstanding hospitality.

Responsibilities



Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. Assist with billing and payment processing accurately. Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences.

Requirements



Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality or hotel settings. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
