Please be aware this position will include evening and weekend shifts.
We are looking a friendly person to join our reception team on a part time basis.
Key responsibilities as Receptionist / Admin Assistant;
To provide a courteous and co-operative service to customers at all times, whilst maximizing revenue through proactive sales
Comply with all necessary billing procedures as well as internet and email procedures to ensure sensitive information is protected where necessary
Organize the planner for maximum availability
Daily reservation checks
To ensure enquiries dealt in a professional and timely manner
All appropriate departments are to be informed of any guest special requirements/needs
Up-selling products and upgrades
General Admin duties as required
Personal attributes;
Someone who has previous experience in reservations or a reception role
Possess excellent guest focus and a passion for hospitality.
Have an excellent telephone manner and exceptional customer service skills
Someone with eye for detail and procedures, have the ability to be efficient under pressure and be able to multi task.
Excellent organizational skills
Ideally have experience with Rezlynx booking system
The ideal candidate must be flexible and be able to work under pressure.
Someone who understands that customer service is important to our business and that all guests receive a warm and personalized welcome, maintaining the personal touch.
A strong communicator with guests and fellow employees.
Other duties will include;
Scheduling
Carrying out requests from management as needed
Answering emails and sorting post
Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
Greeting and welcoming visitors
Processing payments
Billing
Taking Reservations
Cash Handling
Experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
Driving license preferred
