As the first point of contact for our firm, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression for clients and visitors. Your responsibilities will include:
Answering telephone calls promptly and in a friendly, professional manner
Greeting clients and visitors warmly upon arrival
Responding to and monitoring various email inboxes efficiently
Managing and responding to website chat enquiries
Providing administrative support and assistance to fee earners across different departments
Performing other general administrative duties as required
You will be an organised, well spoken, approachable individual with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. You should be confident working in a busy environment and able to multitask effectively. Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment is desirable but not essential.
