to join our high-occupancy hotel team. Experience in a hotel or similar hospitality setting ispreferred
, and the ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment is essential.###
Key Responsibilities:
Efficient check-in and check-out of guests Delivering exceptional customer service at all times Handling guest queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally Afternoon tea service and light bar duties Carrying out regular pool water testing in line with health and safety standards Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area Following procedures and maintaining accurate records ###
Requirements:
Experience in a hotel or hospitality environment preferredKnowledge of Rezlynx PMS is an advantage
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confident, proactive, and problem-solving attitude Ability to stay calm under pressure ###Shifts:
Morning: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Evening: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM(Shift patterns may vary depending on business levels)
