Located just off the A30/A38 at Bodmin, we are seeking friendly and organised Hotel Receptionist for full and part time roles on fixed term contracts. Previous experience within this role with our PMS most beneficial however, training provide if not. Please note that applicants must be able to share shifts with other team members.
Main Reception Duties and Responsibilities
Greet hotel guests and visitors, providing a warm welcome thus enhancing the guests experience of the hotel and club.
Input reservations for hotel, function, conference and catering business.
Operate Zonal PMS computer programs, Microsoft programmes and multi-line phone system.
Provide excellent computer written correspondence and maintain administration records.
Includes basic cashier and book-keeping responsibilities.
Liaise with other departments and staff to ensure the smooth running of the company.
Apart from some of the duties listed above, it is important that the successful applicant is prepared at times, to assist other team members in different departments.
Shifts are shared Monday to Sunday at selected times between 7AM and 10PM.
