Hotel Receptionist
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel
- Check-in and check-out guests using the hotel's reservation system
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Assist with booking reservations and managing room availability
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Maintain a clean and organised front desk area
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
- Problem-solving skills to address guest concerns or issues

The successful candidate will work Five 8 Hour Shifts across Monday to Sunday and the Shift times are 7am-3pm and 3pm until 11pm.
Experience with Guestline/Rezlynx is prefered
