We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly welcome.
Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Process reservations via phone, email, or in person while ensuring accuracy in guest details.
Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, striving for guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Requirements:
Male candidates are preferred.
Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
Proficient in using hotel management software or similar systems is desirable.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
A friendly disposition with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
