We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities
Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly welcome.
Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
Maintain accurate records of bookings and reservations.
Process payments and manage billing inquiries with precision.
Ensure the reception area is organised, clean, and inviting at all times.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Address any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, striving for resolution.
Assist in managing phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls as necessary.
Experience
Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
Strong guest service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for visitors.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanour.
