Key Responsibilities:
Warmly welcome guests and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
Handle phone, email, and online reservations accurately and efficiently.
Manage guest queries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
Maintain accurate guest records and process payments and invoices.
Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Uphold the highest standards of presentation, professionalism, and customer care.
Ensure the reception area is always tidy, welcoming, and organised.
Adhere to hotel policies, security procedures, and health and safety regulations.
