Built in 1899, Bishop's Gate Hotel Derry, a luxury boutique hotel and a member of Ireland's Blue Book, are delighted to be welcoming applications to join our award winning front office team.
The Opportunity:
As part of Bishop's Gate team, you will experience a varied role and your main duties will include;
Delivering exceptional customer service, whilst also anticipating guests and customers needs.
Managing a busy switchboard, directing internal and external calls.
Processing check ins and explaining key facilities within the hotel.
Taking reservations by phone and e-mail.
Providing advice and information about local attractions, restaurants and transport options.
Preparing final bills at check out and processing payments.
Upselling and cross selling hotel products and services to maximise revenue.
Under the leadership of our Front Office Manager, you will contribute as a vital part of our small and friendly team. Where you will continue to build upon your existing skills, and of course benefit from the variety offered by a role in hospitality.
