Job Description

The main role of the Receptionist is to be the first point of contact for guests and visitors alike; whether it be greeting guests at the main entrance or taking telephone calls.

The attributes we are looking for in our candidates are:

Polite and courteous Ability to work under pressure Multitasking Experience of working with Microsoft Office Packages (Excel, Word etc) Excellent Self-Presentation Have the ability to deal with guest queries/complaints in a polite and efficient manner, to ensure any issues are resolved immediately. Have the ability to work alone, and as part of a team Ability to work weekends and overtime to cover, when necessary. Excellent telephone manner
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Schedule:

10 hour shift 12 hour shift 8 hour shift Every weekend Monday to Friday Overtime Weekend availability Weekends only
Ability to commute/relocate:

Glasgow, G3 6TX: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:

Customer service: 1 year (required) Complaint handling: 1 year (required) Microsoft Excel: 1 year (required) Hotel: 1 year (required)
Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 01/08/2025
