We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join our team here at the Drumossie Hotel Inverness.
You will be a strong team player and be able to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter through to the front of house team. A customer facing role means being on show- so a smart appearance is essential, as the face of the hotel a warm welcoming smile is important as you make our guests feel comfortable and relaxed.
As well as being confident and approachable, enthusiasm and energy are essential along with excellent communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and Guestline is desired but not essential. A confidence to respond to emails/ phone enquiries day to day is important but full training will be given.
The successful applicant will enjoy company benefits such as special rates for you and your family on stays throughout the group of 30 luxury hotels. The position is full time and involves a mixture of morning and evening shifts. Pay is depending on experience.
