We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills and a welcoming manner to create a positive impression of our establishment.
Duties
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous manner, ensuring a warm and professional atmosphere.
Manage incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing them to the appropriate personnel as needed.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records in our systems.
Assist with administrative duties such as preparing reports and, handling correspondence.
Requirements
Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
Proficiency in Reslynx or similar booking system is highly desirable.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with general office procedures and equipment is essential.
A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and document management.
