Summary
We are seeking a Hotel Receptionist to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive outstanding service and support during their stay. Your contributions will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities (A specific Job description will be shared with shortlisted candidates)
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions including processing payments.
Assist with phone calls, reservations, and special requests from guests.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality role is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are an asset but not required.
Proficient phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
