An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Hotel Reception Department.

There are a range of skills, and characteristics we are looking for to successfully fill this role. These include:

Administration and customer service skills. Previous experience working within a hotel department or similar environment preferred. Strong Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing) with a good level of English is essential. Strong adaptability skills to meet, guest, team, and business expectations. Proactive and reliable. Team-working skills. IT skills to work with computerized booking and payment systems such as Guestline Excellent written and spoken communication skills. A friendly and professional telephone manner. A team player. The ability to stay calm under pressure and look after several tasks at once.
