We are looking to employ a Part Time (25 hours) experienced Receptionist for a busy hotel in Newtown.
This is a new role in our business and we are looking for an experienced Reception person who will be front facing to the public at all times. The suitable Candidate must possess excellent Customer Service skills, be computer literate and confident working on their own as well as a part of a team.
You will also be using our Property Management System, for bookings taken on the phone and online, checking in Guests and dealing with guest's queries, taking card payments and answering booking queries for Weddings and Conferences. You will also be ordering consumables, food stuffs and cleaning items from our Suppliers and setting up for Conferences as required

Hours of work will be from 4pm - 9pm four days a week, plus a weekend shift tba, we need a person who can be flexible with their hours as our job demands change
