: Muthu Queens Hotel, Corran Esplanade, Oban PA34 5AG

RECEPTIONIST JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Providing a first-class service to all guest and visitors Greet all guests and assist them with check-in and check-out. Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor. Respond to all guest questions and requests. Answer and forward phone calls. Manage guest bookings and reservations. Keep a tidy and orderly workspace

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Experience of working in an Hotel environment is advantageous Excellent customer service and communication skills. A friendly and approachable personality, dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. An outstanding can-do attitude and the desire to work as a member of a team.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 13.21 per hour

Monday to Friday Weekend availability
