Overview: We are seeking a skilled Hotel Receptionist to join our team in providing exceptional guest services at our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess excellent phone etiquette, and have a strong background in hospitality.
Duties: - Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner - Handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously - Manage reservations and cancellations efficiently - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence - Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
Skills: - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Strong guest service orientation with a passion for hospitality - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Bilingual proficiency is an advantage.
