Summary

We are seeking a Hotel Receptionist to join our team at McKays Hotel Bar & Restaurant in Pitlochry. This role is vital in ensuring our guests receive outstanding service and a warm welcome, contributing to the lively atmosphere of our establishment.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures. Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries efficiently. Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and events. Maintain a clean and organised reception area. Handle phone calls with professionalism and courtesy. Assist with guest services to enhance their stay experience. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Address any guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively. Monday to Friday with occassioanl weekend

Qualifications

Proven experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is essential. Excellent communication skills; multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable. Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A friendly demeanour with a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
