The Royal Sportsman is looking for a full-time receptionist to join our team on a permanent basis.
This is a multifunctional role covering a wide range of duties, including, but not limited to:
Answering calls and taking bookings
Welcoming and assisting guests
Using Word, Excel, and our online booking portal
Liaising with the restaurant, housekeeping, and kitchen teams
Providing support in the bar and restaurant when required.
We are looking for someone who can maintain high standards, work independently as well as part of a team, and deliver excellent service to our guests.
Great attention to detail is essential.
Confidence and a willingness to learn are key. Previous experience is not essential as full training will be provided.
The Role & Hours:
Permanent, year-round position
Set 3-week rota with shifts of 7am-3pm or 3pm-close (around 11pm)
Every 3rd weekend off
Average of 37.5 hours per week Benefits:
