Telephone answering - 4 line switch board
Taking accommodation bookings, following up with deposit payments and confirmations.
Face to face with customers - checking in/out residents and generating bills.
Dealing with queries at reception counter.
Taking restaurant bookings.
Knowledge of word processing and excel preferred.
Responsible for till floats and tallying tills during and at end of shift.
Dealing with on-line booking systems.
Training will be given on the job, however basic maths is essential.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
