Are you a customer service champion wanting to join a friendly team in this exciting role then join the Reception team at Cave Castle Hotel. The role requires great customer contact with our customers with you being the first and last point of contact for guests whether in person at the front desk or on the telephone. You will need to be highly organised in order to
Creating bedroom reservations by telephone or bookings from our website and agents.
Greeting guests upon their arrival , processing their check in and providing an informative and friendly welcome and point of contact throughout their stay
Checking guests out from the hotel processing payments and dealing with queries
Handling enquiries into other hotel services and referring them to the correct person or collating the information for them
Making tribute party , murder dinners, Christmas party bookings and reservations for other events, taking payments and food options.
Dealing with customer requests and needs whilst at the hotel
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred however it is not essential as full training will be given. The right candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and will be a good team player who is a strong communicator.
Hours of work are shift work between the hours of 7am - 11pm though most days you will finish by 10 and are based on 5 days over 7 days and does include weekend work. WE IDEALLY SEEK SOMEONE INTERESTED IN FULL TIME WORK though part time will be considered.
