Following our successful opening, and with the business expanding as we prepare for the season, we are excited to announce that we are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team.

About you and the Hotel Receptionist role

A good work ethic and team player Professionalism and excellent attention to detail Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn Reliable, Respectful and Punctual Forward thinking and problem solving Genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service Front of house experience desirable Knowledge of computer systems and software such as Microsoft suite and Outlook desirable Knowledge of PMS & EPOS systems desirable Maintain exceptional levels of customer service throughout the guests journey Be highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads Work closely with other departments and teams to deliver a seamless service Have great communication with all staff and guests alike
The position will work on a shift pattern, working 40 hours over any 5 of 7 days, including weekends and bank holidays. Hours will be between 7am-10pm.
