Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, professional, and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, and managing guest queries. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and check in guests in a friendly and efficient manner. Handle check-outs and process payments accurately. Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional manner. Manage reservations, including booking rooms and confirming guest details. Assist with guest requests and provide information about our services and local attractions. Maintain an organised reception area and ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Address and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally. Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
Previous experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
