Plas Dinas Country House and The Gunroom Restaurant is a 5awarded country house, voted hotel of the year at the North Wales Tourism Awards and is the former home of Lord Snowdon.
We are now looking for a dynamic Manager with experience of working within exceptional restaurant and hospitality environments. This is an additional role to support our developed team who are now working to capacity after significant investment in the beautiful business over the last two years. Our guests are our priority and our team make this beautiful business what it is.

The Gunroom Restaurant offers exceptional food, an intimate dining experience and requires another duty manager to now take the service level forward in partnership with our hotel Assistant Manager and our Head Chef. We have a lovely, talented , dedicated team who have worked for the company for many years. Having achieved the coveted accolade of being listed in the Michelin Guide, the restaurant team and our incredible chefs are now working towards our first Michelin Star.

You will bring with you deep and passionate understanding of what it takes to deliver a memorable dining experience - through significant online presence development, through the talent of your teams, the entire operational lifecycle, and being able to communicate the right messages at the right times. You will have an impeccable collaborative approach to working with people and will be responsible for maintaining this exclusive partnership with our guests ensuring our expected standards are always maintained. You will have a long-term vision for understanding the capability of the restaurant; be able to set plans and to deliver exceptional standards of service to our guests from all over the world.

Pay: 28,000.00-33,000.00 per year
