Job description
We look for a happy individual that can manage the guest journey since they book until they leave including check in and answering emails
He or She may collect payments
Help guests with information or any issues they may have
Housekeeping and Bedlinen stock
Organise breakfast
Keeping a good relationship with Guests and other members of the team
Organise mantenance and damage issues
Organise Rota and other cleaners job
Key skills:
2 years experience as a manager or supervisor in hotel or B&B
Experience in management and dealing with customers
Meticulous attention to detail in every area of the business.
Honest and reliable and respond well as part of a team.
Good communication skills
Social Media skills will be appreciated
A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work at all times
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 21,000.00-25,000.00 per year
