Karma Lake of Menteith is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Hotel Supervisor to join our team at this stunning boutique hotel set within Scotland's only natural lake. This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their hospitality career and grow within the global Karma Group.

This varied role will see you working 2 days in Reception and 2 days across Food & Beverage, supporting the day-to-day operation of the hotel while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

About the Role

As Hotel Supervisor, you will:

Support the smooth daily operation of Reception and Food & Beverage Act as a visible leader on shift, supporting and motivating the team Deliver warm, professional, and personalised service to all guests Assist with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest enquiries Support service delivery in the restaurant, bar, and events Help maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and service Assist management with training, supervision, and shift coordination Proactively handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
About You

This role is ideal for someone who:

Has experience in hospitality (hotel, reception, restaurant, or bar) Is ready to step up from a General Assistant or similar role Enjoys working across different departments Has a positive, hands-on leadership style Is guest-focused with strong communication skills Is organised, adaptable, and calm under pressure Is ambitious and keen to build a long-term career in hospitality
Supervisory experience is welcome but not essential -- full training and support will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 30,000.00 per year
