Front Desk Supervisor - Luxury Apart-Hotel

Location: Westminster, Central London

Employment Type: Full-time (36 hours/week, Monday to Friday)

Salary: 30,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced and professional Receptionist Supervisor Hotel to join a high-standard apart-hotel located in the heart of Westminster. This is a key position, responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operation of the reception and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support the front desk/receptionist team in daily tasks Oversee check-in/check-out processes and manage guest requests Handle guest complaints with professionalism and efficiency Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure service excellence Monitor bookings, payments, and daily reports Train new staff and uphold service standards Ensure all procedures comply with health, safety, and company policies
Requirements:

Previous experience in hotel front desk/receptionist supervision Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organisational and leadership abilities Proficiency in booking and property management systems Fluent English and valid UK work permit are mandatory Friendly, calm under pressure, and detail-oriented
Schedule:

Monday to Friday 36 hours per week (shifts to be discussed)
