Team Leaders

to work across our Hotel operation within the Food and Beverage department at

LEGOLAND Windsor Resort

. You will have the opportunity to part of an energetic, fun environment that strives every day to deliver outstanding service to our guests.



Our Hotel Food and Beverage Team operates across several restaurants ranging from fine dining to a traditional "clubhouse" theme. All of them have their own unique theming and menu offering.

Shift opportunities include:





Full Time, Fully Flexible - hours covering 7am until 11pm

What does this role entail?



A day in the life of a Hotel Food & Beverage Team Leader would include...





Being a leader within the operation and ensuring the team keep to a high energetic, fast-paced service by driving performance, productivity, and quality throughout Being empowering and motivating through delegation to get the best from the team Being confident in providing excellent menu knowledge and having the ability to adhere to allergen and dietary requirements where necessary Adhering to the highest standards of Health & Safety as well as Food Safety both with the products that are served and within the working environment Working as part of a team as well as leading the team to ensure the operation runs smoothly Promoting and sustaining a supportive learning environment

What is required for this role?



Here are some desirable qualities required for this role...





Previous Food and Beverage experience is desired Previous leadership exerience is required Have fantastic communication and organisational skills Be able to remain calm under pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner Be adaptable and flexible to support with business requirements Be approachable at all times with a positive can-do attitude, showing the team your ability to be a great leader and responsible towards the business Be able to maintain excellent relationships across the business and wider resort
