## Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organised Hotel team member to join our team at The Mansion House Hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience for all visitors.
## Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about hotel facilities and services
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Manage reservations and room assignments
- Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist guests with any requests or complaints they may have during their stay
- Bar service
- PC Literacy is required, completing daily reports in Ms office products
- Serve people at bar
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
## Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is desirable but not necessary
- Excellent communication skills with a polite and courteous manner
- Proficiency in phone etiquette
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to 12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 14 - 20 per week
