Timing: 7 AM to 10:30 AM

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Hotel Server to join our 3-star hotel client's team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and present menus, providing detailed information about menu items and specials. Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper presentation. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Maintain cleanliness of tables, utensils, and dining areas by bussing tables efficiently. Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards during food handling and preparation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of dishes served. Provide excellent guest relations by creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant experience in a fine dining setting is preferred. Culinary experience is a plus, along with knowledge of food preparation techniques. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively. Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices is essential. Experience in guest services or host/host roles is beneficial. Ability to work flexible hours.

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 17 - 20 per week
