Hourly Paid Pre Employment Trainer For Security & Employability
Job Description
We are currently looking for a Pre-Employment Trainer for Security & Employability to join our team.
You will plan, prepare and undertake training and assessment activity in a College training facility and/or within the community. Achieve outstanding outcomes for students through the development of courses and associated course material that meets the needs of students, using a variety of training, learning and assessment strategies. To monitor student progress and performance, providing individual and tailored support that fully prepares students for assessment and their journey into employment within the security sector.
To actively contribute to the promotion of all aspects of students' welfare, and personal and social development and promote the credibility of the courses within the professional arena, institutions and professional organisations.
