Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality cleaning services to residential and commercial clients, ensuring their spaces are spotless and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a friendly attitude towards clients and will work in Teams of 2. Previous experience in commercial cleaning is advantageous. This position offers consistent paid work and opportunities for professional growth within our organisation. You must have a full driving license and own vehicle. All of our staff must be able to pass a DBS check

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces Ensure all assigned areas meet company standards for cleanliness and presentation Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently Restock supplies as needed and report any maintenance issues or damages Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with clients Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment Assist with specialised cleaning tasks such as interior window washing if required Organise your work schedule effectively to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes

Qualifications

Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment operation is advantageous Good organisational skills with the ability to work independently Friendly demeanour with excellent customer service skills Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting moderate loads
