Job description
We are looking for are an experienced waste/cleansing operative who can make a positive impact on bringing people's homes back to livable standards.
This physically demanding role will involve you working for the in-house team undertaking the removal of general waste and heavy domestic items from communal spaces, empty and occupied properties. This will include carpets, kitchen, bathroom and plumbing debris and waste cleaning duties i.e black bag full house clearance. You will also need to use hand and power tools, specialist cleaning equipment and cleaning materials. You must be comfortable working with the public and be willing to provide excellent levels of service. You'll need to transport and dispose of waste and appliances appropriately, driving a van or tipper truck up to 3.5 tonnes.
We expect you to attend and complete all mandatory training, complete all appropriate records and documentation, and adhere to all safety and security regulations, including the safeguarding of our customers.
