Responsibilities

Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the facilities and local area Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly Assist in resolving guest issues and complaints professionally Maintain a tidy and organized reception area Support with administrative tasks such as booking reservations and handling payments
