House Keeper Responsibilities and Duties:

Responsible for all aspects of housekeeping operation: changing bed sheets and towels, cleaning bathrooms, replenishing supplies, cleaning all surfaces in bed rooms, en suites and public areas, helping out in other public areas as necessary.

To ensure all Guest Needs are met to the required standard and promote a positive image of the business. To ensure any Guest request, are dealt with in a timely and appropriate manner. To ensure all Guests, their belongings and colleagues are treated with respect at all times. To liaise daily with the management team and work within all company policies with specific reference to the Health and Safety at Work Act and our COVID_19 Procedures. Requires attention to detail and a pride in all work undertaken. Trustworthy & Loyal with a Professional Approach. Ultimately to leave customers with the feel good factor that makes them want to tell their friends about their experience and also makes them come back again and again.

Must Have:

Ability to work a 5 Day Week Tuesday to Saturday 9.30am to 2.30/3.30pm An eye and attention to detail. Own Transport to travel to our rural location in Broadmayne (DT28ES).
