35,992.32 - 36,641 per annum + 50 per sleep-in



Earning Potential:

Up to 43,557.28 per annum



Working Hour:

2 on / 4 off shift pattern with sleep-ins + 8 management hours



Pay Per Sleep:

50 per sleep-in



Service:

Supported Living / Supported Accommodation



Service Users:

16-25-year-olds with complex needs, trauma backgrounds, EBD



Qualifications Required:

Level 3 in Health & Social Care (minimum)



Experience in Years Required:



2+ years in Health & Social Care

Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or management role


Employment Type:

Permanent (Full-Time / Part-Time)

experienced, confident and values-led House Manager

with a passion for empowering young people to develop independence and life skills.


You will be responsible for:


Leading a

care-leaving supported accommodation provision

in line with

Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023

Managing and developing a staff team Ensuring safeguarding, compliance and high-quality standards Creating and reviewing

independence plans and progression pathways

Acting as a role model and mentor to young people and staff Overseeing rotas, performance, audits, inspections and budgets Working flexibly, including weekends and sleep-ins
